Had to keep one of them in the freezer to do factory reset on before sending it in for replacement. Strange thing is, this issue has been plaguing lg since g2 yet we have g3 in the family that's been going strong for years without any issues except that battery lasts about 2 hours of screen time, but that's an easy issue to fix.
