Fell Top Cottages On the very top of Iso-Syote fell there are 16 wooden cottages with not surprisingly, the best views of all, looking out over the entire area. The ski resort is fully open from mid-December and if you travel earlier in the season the slopes are open at weekends depending on snow conditions. The uplevel double bed is faced towards the windows and the balcony offering admirable views to the sky above and the valley below. The safari takes you through snowy forests and ice-covered swamps and enables you to appreciate the wonderful landscape and light that bathes the Syöte area. Although the terrain is best suited to beginners and intermediate skiers with straight smooth runs from top to bottom, more advanced skiers will enjoy the opportunities in the powder fields through the trees. Downhill and cross country skiing trails are right by the hotel.
