Disabling the other audio drivers in control panel is not to solution. Individual-app-control, such as YouTube, works okay, you can mostly control these with in-app volume settings, which sometimes stick not sure why this is, yet. If you feel comfortable with the generic drivers provided by Microsoft keep them and continue listening through your mic and headphone set. If you use Sound Blaster Z as your gaming sound card, you may want to update your Sound Blaster Z driver to win best game performance.
